I like this location.
We came here for breakfast this morning and I tried Canadian special and it was pretty good.
I also like the taste of their coffee.
But what made me give them 5 stars was the atmosphere.
This place is super friendly and the customer service is awesome.
The combination of customers and staff is like a big family. I enjoyed seeing people know each other, know the orders and ...
Which shows they have a lot of regulars.
I recommend this place for breakfast on weekends if you are around for shopping. -

I don't normally go to A&W later in the evenings, but I had a craving for onion rings last night and this was one of the few joints opens 24-hours that didn't require me to drive across the city! The food for the most part was as you would normally expect. The onion rings were slightly oversalted and seasoned, but not terrible.
I will say that when A&W switches over to after hours drive through only, service seemed to be a lot slower. We were waiting at the drive through for a good 10-15 minutes. There was one car in front of us, and they were at the window for quite some time. I'm not sure if it's because after hours everything is made to order or if they trim down the staff on hand and there is only 2 people working or perhaps only 1.
Either way, when we pulled up to the window, our food was ready to go and it was piping hot! -

I also had the Canadian Breakfast on May 14 at noon. I asked for my eggs scrambled. When my breakfast came I was worried how unappetizing the eggs looked. Cold and with a slight skin on as if it had been made days before. I only ate half of my ten dollar meal and left in disgust. Later that evening I became violently ill, with vomiting and diarrhea. I went to my doctor and he confirmed food poisoning. I need to go for medical testing if the condition doesn't clear up to see if ecoli or salmonella are to blame.

After doing some shopping we were looking for a quick bite and A&W did not disappoint. The drive through was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly. I was quite hungry and ordered a Poppa burger. The burger was huge, the meat was tender and moist and quite tasty (I needed help finishing it but our four legged friend was happy to oblige)The burger tasted better than some higher end sit down restaurants I've been to. My wife ordered a Mozza burger and said it was also good. The toppings were fresh and the fries tasty. A good place to go for a quick burger fix!
